It’s time for a little Christmas spirit!
Craft beer is all the rage these days, and it’s good to see craft brewing on the big screen again!
You can find some of the latest brews at the new Craft Brewing Festivals on Christmas Day in Manchester and Birmingham.
We also want to take some time to highlight some of our favourite craft brews that we’ve got on offer in Birmingham.
Check out these gems: Red Lion Brewing Co. Aged on rye with cocoa nibs, this ale is light and refreshing, with a sweet and smoky flavour profile.
You can get this on tap for £2.75 a pint from the bar at the Ballygunge branch of the New Town Brewery.
Brewery’s Christmas Eve ale, Brewed With Love, is a dark brown ale brewed with blackberries, ginger and black pepper, making for a wonderfully refreshing brew.
Perennial Brewing Co’s Christmas Ale is brewed with a blend of spices, including cardamom, cinnamon and cardamum.
It’s a dark, roasty, golden ale with notes of vanilla, blackcurrant and cardamon, and is a lovely drink to sip while relaxing on the sofa.
Hop’s Winter Ale is a dark ale brewed from Black Raspberry and Ginger.
The brew will have a sweet aroma with hints of plum, ginger, clove and clove.
Aged in Carbonated Spirits Whiskey, this seasonal ale will have hints of sweet chocolate and cocoa and is perfect for those on a cold winter’s night.
Cultivating Craft Brewing is a craft beer festival in Birmingham, UK, and takes place on Christmas Eve.
They’ve put on a fantastic event that showcases the best craft beers in Birmingham with local craft brewers, food trucks and live music.
